Private & White Label
Your brand on our sourcing. We bring the tea, coffee and spice in from Sri Lanka, handle the compliance and the freight, and it goes out under your name.
Two ways to do it
White label. You take a product already in our range and put your label on it. Fastest route, lowest minimum, no development work. Good for a cafe that wants its own house tea without starting from scratch.
Private label. We build it to your spec. Your blend, your grade, your format, your pack size. Longer lead time and a higher minimum, but it is yours and nobody else sells it.
What we can put your name on
- Loose leaf Ceylon tea, black and green, by region and grade
- Caffeine free Ceylon botanicals, including ranawara
- Tea sachets, and large format pouches for commercial iced tea brewers
- Green and roasted Sri Lankan coffee
- Ceylon cinnamon and whole spice. Ground spice where a sterilization step applies
How it works
- Tell us what you want, in what format, and roughly how much.
- We come back with availability, a real lead time and a price.
- You approve a physical sample before anything is produced. We do not skip this step.
- You supply print ready artwork. We handle production, import and delivery.
What you need to bring
- Print ready artwork, or a designer we can send specifications to
- Your own GTIN barcode, issued under your own GS1 company prefix. We cannot assign one from ours, and a borrowed barcode will fail at retail.
- A valid resale or sales tax certificate
Minimums and lead times
Minimums are set by the producer and vary by product and format. A loose tea run and a printed sachet run are not close to the same number. Tell us what you need and we will give you the real figure before you commit to anything.
If the volume does not clear the minimum yet, that is not a dead end. We can supply the same product under our own Serendip Pantry label, and move you to your own label once the volume is there.
