Free Standard Shipping (U.S. Domestic)

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders via USPS. No minimum purchase required — every order ships free.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and handed off to USPS, not from the moment of purchase.


Express Shipping (U.S. Domestic)

Need it sooner? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and order weight.

Order by 12:00 PM ET on business days for same-day processing on express orders. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed the next business day.


International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your package at usps.com or through the link in your confirmation email. Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.


Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [your email] — we'll do our best to correct it before it ships. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for express shipping methods.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors, waiting 24–48 hours, and contacting your local USPS post office with your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and items and contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. We will work with you to make it right.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
