Check Pattern Woven Tote

A flat market tote woven in a diagonal check, with braided handles worked in the same pattern and colors. It holds its shape standing up and folds flat when you put it away.

Hand woven by Magampura Handicrafts in Weerawila, in the deep south of Sri Lanka. The color is worked into the weave rather than printed on top, so the pattern runs through both faces of the bag.

In stock: red, orange and black. Green, pink and black. Purple, pink and green. Red, coral and black.

Every bag is woven by hand. Small differences in how the pattern lands are part of how they are made.
